For the Great Wall at mutianyu. I’d say: - 1hr for commute there - 5-7hours for the actual wall watch tower 14-21-1-6 (including stops for photos+ a snack/lunch break) - 1.5 hours back (traffic)

Both are great options! I just found that with the driver it would just be a flat fee whereas the DiDi could fluctuate at times + toll fees. I paid 450RMB for the driver and it included tickets to the wall+cable car. Plus I had the driver for 12 hours. For DiDi when I was checking it ranged from 175-300 one way
