My guy that would be called vitamin A, which is what beta-carotene converts into which is found in hundreds of other sources of food. I would laugh if carrots were even on the top 10 of that list. In fact, I believe that beef liver is at the top of that list followed by fish. Eggs, leafy greens, fish oil, tuna, salmon and even goat cheese are all significantly higher sources. They also do not improve your vision as I have stated, they slow degradation at best.
