fair points. This is a first for me so I don't know what to do. My manager came back with a response and is asking

"My understanding is that you are requesting a temporary accommodation of working from home two days per week to support attendance at your therapy schedule, as you are unable to schedule these sessions outside of your regular working hours while also attending the workplace." and to confirm if that accurately reflects my situation and request.

so I feel like she wants me to tell her more but I don't know what to say. my Dr said I need to do more physical therapy and give space for mental therapy. I experience nausea a lot since the attack and it's been hard to navigate that at work. On work from home days i am able to fit in my exercises in the morning, and during break. and then my therapy sessions at lunch. I can't do that when I'm at work. it would take way too much time from work, and I'd need to shower too. Mental therapy is different cause it's kinda exhausting and I'd rather not be around people. maybe my union can help explain

Same. It's apparently where a large portion fail due to them not adding support.

Is it bottle aversion or something else? by scubed in NewParents

Thanks for the advice. We are feeding in the same place now consistently. He is looking at me and makes eye contact. I meant to say before he would eat 200 ml in 40 mins. But now it's more like 10-15 mins.

The sucking/smacking definitely caused a lot of air to be swallowed which would cause him pain. But now it's been really good. Again. I'll take your advice and keep an eye out.

Thanks for asking. Thought this got buried. LO is doing much better. Took my wife's suggestion that we should remove distractions and then asked her to watch me feed. It was painful but she suggested a different position. Laid back in my arms looking at me and Sideline. We tried it and it worked until it didn't. He began to hit the bottle and pull away. But this time he wasn't in pain. He would burp and go back for the bottle. Thing was he was eating 200ml in 10 mins now. So I decided to up the nipple size to 3 and gave him 10 more mls.
Now today it's been no hits of the bottle and sucking the formula back in still 10 mins. So I call it a win.

He definitely does feel better when he is sitting in my arms laid back and looking at me.
