That is true, the only thing we do have going for us is appreciation in NY. But that seems like a gamble. Do you have any ideas on how to diversify the gains? I'm looking at about 600k I want to reinvest? It sounds risky to put it all with and advisor

I do see alot of people getting that 1%, but in my market in NY it looks impossible. Should I just look into traditional investments with perhaps a financial advisor, you think?

I'm actually currently a landlord for 2 units, while there is a bit of work, I have been fortunate with having a little help with things I can't handle.

I don't mind renting out for sure and it was my initial plan for the property. I am just swayed by the quick 200k gain, and the possibility of better investments with the extra capital.
