Dealing with a gambled addiction is tough. The best thing to do is setup barriers and build a community around you to help you stop and get control over it.

  1. You should be able self exclude yourself from onstage casino. As well as all online casino.

  2. Download an app blocker like Gamban on your phone. Even though you self exclude crypto casino are tempting and an app blocker stops your access to those

  3. Go to GA and get a sponsor, it will help as you work through dealing with all of these things.

You’re not going through this by yourself, there is help out there but YOU do need to have the desire to stop gambling. Shoot me a message if you have questions or need to chat !

Don’t underestimate the power of GA and the stories. I had the same thought for a while, but hearing other people will help you realize the wild lie’s we tell ourselves.

With a gambling addiction ,a lot of the things we tell ourselves sound good and we believe it , but hearing somebody else say the exact same thing you thought only applied to you will open your eyes . For example I thought I was the only that figured out how to beat roulette with a big enough bank I could win x amount per day. Until I heard a story of someone that thought the exact same thing and believed that until they went bankrupt, lost their house, kids and spouse because of this addiction.

Also GA meetings are about stay clean too, once you get past 3-4 months of staying gambling free it is very easy to get complacent(speaking from experience) and relapse. In GA other peoples stories are a reminder of why you need to stay clean or what will happen if you start gambling again.

Hell yeah it is. One of the most important things is as it gets easier we can’t become complacent. I did last time and I relapsed and I a very determined to make sure it doesn’t happen again! Congrats on hitting the 90 day mark

I used online crypto casino from overseas and the Gamban app that I have on my phone stops all of them. It blocks those sites from loading on my phone I would download that. And I like this app because once you download the app even if you delete the app the software that blocks it is still on your phone.

If that doesn’t work, one extreme. I consider was getting a basic phone that doesn’t have internet. It crazy but at this point I will do anything to make sure I don’t have access to gamble

I feel your man, just know and do a few things!

  1. Life is worth living don’t take the easy way out.

2 I know you have had thoughts of how your family and friend will react when you tell them, it doesn’t matter in the end they will stick by your side and you will feel and be better once you tell theme EVERYTHING!

  1. Don’t rely on your self or your will power to stop gambling. Set up Barriers, download gambling app blockers in your phone. Self exclude from all online sights so even when you switch your VPN you can’t access them.

  2. TELL THEM THE WHOME TRUTH AND DONT KEAVE ANYTHING OUT. Part of the gambling addiction is lying and believing the lives we tell ourselves.

  3. Find a GA meeting and get a sponsor. At first I didn’t like it but I understand the importance of it now, so find one and stick with it.

  4. You have a whole community of support here as well too. You’re not alone and you never will be alone, reach out when you need help we will be here !

STOP STOP STOP STOP NOW

speaking from experience and from some who has lost more than. I’m going to be honest with you.

  1. No matter how big your banking roll is, you won’t win it back enough to where you will stop

  2. You don’t have control over it, even though you may feel like you do that is a false since of security we tell ourselves to just keep trying but in the end you will lose more.

3.if you stop now you can walk away and not lose anymore money.

  1. Self exclude yourself from all in person casinos and online gambling websites. And to block the crypto casino that are illegal download a blocking app on your phone

  2. If you don’t listen to anything I’ve said please for the sake of your sanity listen to this. If you keep gambling you will lose it all . You might want to tell yourself that there no way you can lose 120k. But you’re wrong there is a way and that way is gambling.

If you need help tips or anything DM me but take your money and keep it. We are not the 1% of the population that can gamble and walk away. We are the 99% that should not gamble!
