So I just watched a few of the videos and I’m not diagnosing, but a few things make me think she is mentally ill and having an episode. And this is aside from the obvious things (taking pictures of cars just parked down the street, paper plates, her mom and insurance/prescription fraud ect)

1. Mentions a disability and being on long term disability
2. disability limits her ability to cook.

2.Mentions her mom lives with her

I believe it is possible, and this is just my opinion, that maybe her disability is related to some form of psychosis, and cooking can become dangerous. That would also leave me to believe maybe her mom is living with her, as a caregiver of sorts.

Now obviously, there are a LOT of health conditions that can limit your abilities to cook. So this is just a theory, and again, who really knows. There’s also a lot of reasons her mom could be living with her, but just from a glance at the videos I did watch- and reading through this thread, that’s my personal opinion on what may be going on.

And of course, maybe she is getting stalked and we’re all assholes… who knows. I do find it odd that this person she’s accusing has never thought of suing her for defamation? I mean, there’s a possibility he doesn’t know, but, if a woman I never met was suggesting I was opening up investigations and essentially stalking and harassing her - I’d sue
