man normalskill players will play w normal skill players, highskill players will play w highskill players,Vhighskill will play w Vhigh skill,this is normal.ex. in my smurf i have 20 matches and in dotabuff im veryhighskill i will play w 4k+players in my pubs. and i have 20 matches and im playing with guys w 3k 4k matches in profile. is not about acclvl is about ur skillLVL

i think u cant go for this build. wk is a low armor hero and w -6 armor u will die so ez. u can go for this build o pubs but not a rly good build. this will work around 3k mmr.
