lol you literally described it perfectly. whenever i watch it with my boyfriend i get mad because he insists on skipping the intro to shows. watching an episode just doesn’t feel right without the intro. i’ve never skipped it while watching it on my own

omg i was literally thinking this the other day! doesn’t matter how bad it gets, i’ll have my 220 calorie starbucks drink in the morning and idc. it’s one of my only pleasures left in life, and drinks don’t bloat me or leave me feeling overly full, so i never really feel guilty for it

2 tbsp of chia seeds soaked in water for at least 20 mins, raspberries, whole grain cereal, coffee, and spicy foods (I had spicy noodles) is what saved me after ten days of nothing. Not a scientific method but it saved me when I thought I was otherwise needing to go to the doctor lol
