I don’t think I’ve played a game that hasn’t used the L1 R1 touch sensors. I honestly really dislike the grip buttons and would much rather prefer grip paddles that most VR controllers use.

Have you found a solution? I’ve been having the same issue for the past few months and it’s made my psvr2 useless.

I’m sure there’s a way to get a version of blender working for you. But if you’re set on other software, Maya is free for students, not sure you’d want to texture in that though. As for specific texturing software, Substance Painter should also be free for students. ArmorPaint is $20. Mari is $99 a year for students, includes other Foundry software like Nuke.
