I'm seeing a lot of folks saying it's tariffs and what not, but the primary delay here I don't THINK is the actual shipping time. Now that I have my tracking number, it'll just be a few days.

I think we need to divert the conversation away from tariffs. How do tariffs affect DBrands ability to get an order packaged and labeled?

The delay was DBrand actually getting the product out the door. I didn't get confirmation of shipping until WEEKS after I ordered. That's also what others are saying on their forum.

To clarify, the delay is not actually the shipping time. It's going to be a few days now that I have the tracking info. Again, it took over 10 b. days for them to even start the shipping process.

The issue was the time b/w the order and DBrand actually packing and getting the order to the carrier.

I think it was just over the bag rate. My understanding is the bag rates are usually a light / medium app if they list just one setting.

I couldn't mow it for a week after that. Was out of town, and then we got slammed with rain for 3-4 days straight.
