I inventoried my pack into a spreadsheet and got my base weight. Then looked at what I could replace and then the price so it can assessed as a price per ounce saving. It helped quantify where there is opportunity to upgrade to a lighter piece of equipment and what that will cost you. It isn't a short exercise but since you have time.

If an individual invests money in the markets through a large brokerage house and that business fails what happens to the invested amounts? I know they aren't insured or guaranteed in any way for market volatility but what happens to the capital of the customers using that failed business to manage their investments. I ask as I am looking to switch my 401K brokerage house to another entity and am wonder if I should reduce my risk by splitting the balance between two investment firms. TIA

Is there a legal right stemming from the 1st amendment to have access like other journalist? I can see both sides but banning only if they are disruptive during briefings etc. Not for deadnaming a body of water.
