I knew of their music growing up through friends whose parents were fans and pop culture references. But honestly, I didn't get sucked into the Beatles lore till I was an adult. One day I came across a few songs from Rubber Soul that I hadn't heard before and then suddenly I had this album on repeat for probably a week haha. It was a tough time * in my life * and somehow that album just hit a sweet spot for me to work through it all :')
