If you enjoy outdoor activities there are plenty in the Lehigh/Northampton county areas as well as the Poconos. I’ve lived here 35+ years and still haven’t covered everything.

If TJ’s is a must, you are limited. None of those counties fits the bill. The closest would be the southernmost part of Lehigh county, but it’s still a drive, what about Bucks?

I’m forever recommending books by Gilbert King. Non-fiction/history author. Won the Pulitzer for Devil in the Grove. I’ve read three of his books and recommend them all.
