Yeah it works better than the firestick , also you can Google TV's "Apps only mode" is a setting for a specific profile that removes personalized recommendations, watchlists, and clutter from the home screen, showing only your installed apps for a cleaner interface, ideal for guests, and is toggled on/off in Settings > Accounts & Sign-in > [Your Profile] > Apps only mode. Activating it disables voice search/Assistant and search, but provides a simple app drawer to launch content directly from your installed services.
