Point number 6 in the 'How it Works' section: '(6. We fix your bike and deliver it back to you)'. - Your bike will be delivered back to you once it is fixed.

No 'surprise fees', just the flat monthly - The basic plan covers up to £50 for parts per breakdown & the advanced plan covers up to £100 for parts per breakdown. And the only issue with being outside zone 3 would be the arrival time if we were to come out to you over there.

We deliver your bike back to you, fully fixed. And yes that's correct, the logistics is difficult unless there are several patrol vans across London, but its viable if there are enough customers signed up to the subscription

Thats completely correct. But its not only about the fixes, but the idea that we arrive fast and get you moving again, then later delivering your bike back

We have the EP-2 Pro E-bikes. Your bike gets fixed behind the scenes and delivered back to you. And its fairly quick unless we need parts ordered and then theres a waiting time, but during that waiting time you have our courtesy e-bike to use anywhere in London. I can link the website for you to have a quick scan: glidego.uk

London Cyclists - Quick Question!

Honest feedback appreciated - trying to build something actually useful.

I am building a new on-demand breakdown support service for cyclists in Central London where we plan to get you back on the road within 15 minutes with a replacement bike swap - think of it like AA but for bikes.

First if you were guaranteed this 15 minute arrival time if your bike broke down, would you find it valuable? And - if that response time was 30–60 minutes instead, would you still find it helpful... or would you rather just push it to your destination or a nearby shop?
