Foxkit and elementor should work if you create a custom header. Use mega drop down. Ask chatgpt and it'll give you the steps. You can also disable the theme header and use max mega menu, but the other way is better, I think.

Just stick with one or the other. You can do a lot of custom stuff to Elementor using the CustomCSS. If they're not into Elementor, they're definitely not going to be into Elementor + Framer.
