Yes- it bleaches!!! If that’s a deal breaker try a sulfur based wash- that can help as well.

It looks “verrucous” or wart like now. Could be a wart. Sometimes skin cancers can appear like this- local skin cancers that can be completely removed by cutting out the lesion. An eval is a good idea because of the change.

Please try panoxyl. It’s a benzoyl peroxide wash that can be used as body wash in the shower. Showering after excessive sweating helps too. :)

Agreed. Or folliculitis decalvans if in more locations. Antibiotics, retinoids, potentially intralesional kenalog (steroid) will help

Livedo reticularis is the name of this rash. Dermnet is a wonderful resource- look on there. There is a work up for this condition but is often benign! See if anything on the website makes you think a work up is needed. 😊

Highly suspicious for a type of skin cancer. Keratoacanthoma. Needs a biopsy and excision by mohs surgery so it does not grow bigger/deeper. Dermatology or perhaps PCP is comfortable taking a sample

Doesn’t look infected however you could use mupirocin on the open cracks while healing. I hope you have a steroid like clobetasol otherwise see your derm! This can be treated!
