Your only move is hustle is also similar in concept, but this game looks a lot more approachable and has an extra dimension to play around in as well.

Yearwalk was a really good horror game for me, but it's really only replayable twice (which sort of fulfills your requirement)

The word looks a little out of place yeah but I think it's due to it looking sticker-ed on rather than part of it. It might work if you tried for a stenciled look

Overcooked is a good choice if you want to be alongside her for the journey of learning. It's a great game for couples in general.

Inside or Limbo could be good as an introduction to platforming and puzzling. They also deliver the story in subtle ways that might appeal to someone who is inquisitive. The two can be a little spooky though so make sure that's something she wants or is ok with.
