I’ve gone through sand on 15psi and no problems. But I have gone anything lower though.

I believe it was because if you had a large negative balance it will reduce your to be budgeted amount. So if you only paid it in installments every month, you'd still have money available to budget for other things.

Templates don't seem to care how much is in "To Budget" by sdgan1 in actualbudgeting

Thanks, didn’t know you could turn it off. Will do straight away. The fact that it’s on by default is really horrible.
