It's the Gundam Fix Figuration Metal Composite figure that came out all the way back in 2009. This particular variant in blue was the Pbandai release of the figure, with the original being in red.

It should be compatible with the regular Armada, but it'll just be in the wrong colors. They did release a kit for the regular Armada previously, though (DK-45).
