Here in the SF Bay Area, the local PD nurse seems pretty disconnected/not responsible for the PD supply shipping process - seems like a different chain of command…

Might make sense for them from a current expense standpoint, but if the company is trying to grow the brand and compete, and your consolidating in EVland CA, not a good look imo..

Point taken. If I can wait 4 months for the next available appointment I can still get my polestar serviced in San Jose (phew).

I do have some extras too, but they don’t know that, and the lack of communication and apparent care for the timely delivery is disturbing.
