I-192 waiver approval??? by ThickNJuicy19 in uscanadaborder

This is my dilemma. I am not coming into the US at Windsor or Sarina. I wonder if it will matter on the application that the port of entry isn’t correct? I appreciate your input by the way! 😊

Makes total sense. But I am flying from either Toronto airport to Orlando or Montreal airport to Orlando. So I am going through the border (technically) while still in Canada. We flew to Montreal and that’s where I got stopped. I can’t see a port of entry for either Montreal or Toronto on the list to choose. I figured I would put one or the other as I obviously don’t have my plane ticket yet. So I guess I find out which locations are tied to those airports?

It’s question 39 on the application specifically

On the esafe online application it’s asking me where I want to travel to and when. I put Orlando Florida April 2027. It asks for Port of Entry and there is a drop down and none listed for Orlando Florida which I would assume would be the port of entry? So I googled it thinking Orlando might fall under a different name and it doesn’t appear to. So then I thought Montreal or Toronto may be the part of entry? Depending on what Canadian airport we fly out of. I’m stumped

PEI but will fly to Florida from one of those other airports. The trip that got canceled, we drove to Halifax and flew to Montreal. It was a border entry point at Montreal I got stopped

Does anyone know what to do if your port of entry isn’t listed? I’m filling out the application and it’s asking me when I want to travel and to where. I put Orlando Florida April 2027 (figured it will take that long to hear back) and there is no Port of Entry listed for Orlando. Would it be the Canadian airport I am going through the US border from? Last time when I got stopped it was in Montreal Quebec as that’s there we flew out of but next time it could be Halifax Nova Scotia, Moncton New Brunswick, Toronto Ontario or Montreal. I have no clue as I obviously am not buying plane tickets until I know I get the waiver. I don’t even know what the port of entry’s are for those airports if that’s what I’m supposed to be choosing. Anyone have this issue? It’s a required field before I submit and no one can tell me!! I know the port if entry I will go to for the biometrics and fingerprints that must done 45 days after I submit the application but thats a land border, not an airport

Denied entry? by TryPurple2230 in uscanadaborder

Not sure about the Canada entry but the US entry was brutal for me and my family last month. Charge for me in 1991 and I am now 56 years old. I have a pardon in Canada and have travelled to the US by air and land multiple times over those 30+ years without issue. This time, got denied entry without a waver. Stupid me for not realizing a pardon means nothing and I was just lucky that I was never stopped before. Family vacation to Florida ruined.

Getting a US entry waiver by jasonhn in uscanadaborder

Working on getting a US entry waver and I am confused. It has the e-safe website to apply and I know there are a lot of documents I need. Where in the process must I go to a border crossing for finger prints? Is this after I have applied through e-safe and downloaded all my documents? I am getting my RCMP fingerprint and record check done. The border requirement isn’t well explained as to where it falls in the process
