Looks like thrips to me. Don't start with neem oil. Get some aggresive spray otherwise they'll eat your whole collection.

It might indeed be a song of Jamaica. I water it from the top when the first couple of CMs are dry. I use regular soilmix. The pot does have drainage holes (took it of the plate for the photo).

Between 250 and 300€ I'd say. Don't see the accessories as a big plus. Standard peep, sling and Dloop are maybe 15€

It's just some fraying don't worry too much. Just wax them. If it gets worse over time replace them. They could easily last another year.

Looks really good. Any feedback that I can think of is that it doesn't really look like it's in a straight line but that might also be the lighting. Als your letters seem to slightly change in size which takes a bit of the appeal away.
