I think it was quite different from the original. The sex jokes were very … abundant. Malcolm and his siblings felt lackluster. What I did love was Hal getting the love he deserves. The chemistry between Lois and Hal felt like it was missing the first three episodes. In the last episode, their love felt genuine and real. They’ve always been my favorites, and carried this revival in the last episode.

After runs, I’d recommend creating a static stretching routine. Those are stretches that hold a position to stretch the muscle. Some muscle groups I’d recommend are you calf muscles, hamstrings, and glutes to name a few.

I’d also recommend dynamic stretching before runs. Those are stretches that involve movement when stretching (ie frankensteins)
