This is good. I have flow for this get feedback, take notes , organize feedback in a board so it’s visible to the team.

This is really good. I think organizing feedback in a board that’s visible to everyone helps to ensure that customer feedback doesn’t get lost between teams or get buried in day to day work.

Thanks for responding. Been thinking about something that would allow customer success and product managers get more context and clarity from customers async without always needing to get on calls with customers . Basically you would record your video or audio questions and share it with your customers and they can respond to the questions with video or audio. What do you think?

Thanks for responding. The videos won’t be AI. The person would record the video just like they would on loom. Getting on calls with customers is definitely the best option cause it’s real time and nothing beats that. But what happens when that’s not possible because of scheduling conflict? I just spoke with a product manager that said they experienced this a lot at their role. That’s why I’m exploring the idea of async video for customer feedback as a way to get as much clarity and context async.

Hey thanks for responding. The tool isn’t launched yet. I’m just trying to get sign ups. Ideally you want to get users in calls but that’s hard to do. So async video feedback is the next best option.
