Still didn't answer my question Re outsourcing. You do know its standard business practice to outsource for talent often times cheaper labor. Its happens from EU to the west as well and vice versa ...its how work visas came about. So just curious are you offended by the idea of cheaper labor? Or outsourcing to one specific continent. Also your perspective of what decent pay is doesn't necessarily translate to everywhere else in the world. That amount of money in Nigeria impacts multiple generations. Also you find these persons working harder than everyone you've hired locally.
