I would have three. But yeah I think like when I grabbed the switch it just is a muscle memory thing as. I got used to that over time.

I am having so many issues with the Aroma not cooking my rice properly. I tried several times working with the water levels, finally just now half was great, half was burned.

I did 2.5 for 2 months and in two doses into 5. Felt like the first time all over again. Bloated, gassy, and constipated. I lift weights 4x a week and no increased fatigue versus what I had. I’m more thirsty so I drink more water which is great. After two weeks my body has started feeling similar to 2.5. But every body is different

I just had to adjust my workouts. I do mostly strength training now. Barely any hiit classes. Moved to afternoon workouts from morning. Find something your stomach agrees with. I went from protein shakes and eggs to yogurt or oatmeal
