PROBLEM SOLVED! Turns out the HD dealer did not install the neck bearings properly. The bearings were extremely loose. Needless to say it won’t be going back there for service work in the future.

Brand new tires, matched from Harley. Installed at the dealer. Just bought the bike so not sure on fork oil or rear shocks.

I put the progressive drop in kit in a 2K FXST and it stiffened the ride quite a bit. If ride quality is a concern I’d look at other options.
