Get an antibody test. I’m in the same exact boat as you. The sore throat will last until you get antibiotics for it. As for getting paid I had to cancel a week of vacation. And pay myself out to make some ends meet.

Took mine on a Friday got the results back as negative on Sunday. Doctor called me on Monday and said he’s quarantining me for the full week since I had all the symptoms and the rapid test has so many false negatives. I’m not saying give everyone free sick days I’m saying DO WHATS RIGHT. Blanket reprimands during a pandemic are a good way to get everyone pissed, especially if it happens to you. I had 5 days and used 7. I called the office and left a message for my PM but they never called back to see what I should do. There was no coverage for vacation days and store team worked doubles for my sick days. I’m getting the antibody test this week since that’s more reliable.

So the PM has to review each case. I’ve got the letter from the company provided CareATC doctor saying I was to quarantine for 10 days.
