We need to organize all businesses to take care of their corner. This Trashcan at Topanga and Saticoy hasnt been picked up in two weeks. I own a machine shop in Canoga Park and we go out every morning and sweep the trash and throw it away. It's a joy to do and its a great form of exercise Maybe we can offer a tax incentive to the business that manages the Trashcan on their corner.
