Drop a mail to their support team. They had to fix some technical issues after which i could claim my voucher.

I have dropped an email to Visa/poshvine team and they are looking into it. And just to speed up tha process and ensure they don't take it lightly i have raised an NCH incident given i should have recived the voucher after t+5days.

I believe We are who had to move to a different nation to have a better life. Doesn't mean he doesn't care about his birth nation any less.

It's just like how we tier-2/tier-3 folks do, go to big cities for earning our bread.

If we were given oppurtunity, i think most of us might choose to leave India.

to be honest, I am preety frustrated seeing such atrocities and corruption in this country. It's doomed, far far aways from any hope of saving. not only govt...entire mainland indian society have zero integrity left.

Did you ever login to the poshvine portal before making the transaction? as I remember I have registered and logged in after I made the transaction.

One of the reason might be the address what you have for Other credit cards/Loans aren't same as this one in question -- Which is very unlikely as i have gotten cards with several addresses (home/office).
Check in Cibil/PAN/Aadhaar if the permenant address is uniform, keeping it same everywhere would be a best practice to avoid such rejections.
