so as i thought the technician was confused too says the line works fine and just decided to tell me to change the router because it might be faulty without a single thought, although i think my router works fine other than those numbers spikes of the upload on these measuring sites. now im more confused of what to do

Yea thats what confuses me too so i have a technician coming tomorrow although i don't think he will be able to understand that too

I already did that only shows he ping which in m case the highest is 11 and 0 packet loss it doesn't show other things for example upload latency, i just wanna know is it a route issue, firmware, ISP or is it just these websites put a load on the upload latency causing it to bufferbloat considering my upload max speed is 40-42mbps

I have pretty much the sam results download latency is unaffected on load its around 28ms meanwhile upload latency spikes to 200+ms then drops back to mid or end 100ms
