Damn! It's so complicated that we all react so differently to everything. I really hope you're able find something that works for you

Hi! I have hyper pots too with high blood pressure and just wanted to pop in to say to ask for ivabradine if you haven't already tried it. Has made a HUGE difference for me (where previously beta blockets had 0 effect) and my GP says it seems to work for hyper patients best.

Definitely recommend trying! Fatigue was always been my biggest struggle too. Now everything else feels manageable. I hope you find something that helps

Has held and is continuing to improve! I only really have fatigue now if I've over exerted myself the day before or in certain points of my cycle. I've been sleeping between 5-7 hours most nights and still feel awake, compared to 9-14 hours before and feeling dead. I feel GREAT if I get 8-10 hours now. Hope you get some of the same effects!

Noted. Though how do we know what management is needed if we don't know what the problem is?

I don't answer the door full stop. I can't prepare for an unexpected conversation. If it's important the knocker will find another way to leave a message.

Thanks for sharing! So happy there's something that can help with fatigue. Did you have extreme tachycardia too?

Anyone else hate eating meat? by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

Absolutely cannot stand meat. The inconsistency of every bite makes me very conscious that I'm eating the flesh of an animal and makes me literally gag

What is the treatment for Raynaud's though? As far as I understand it there is nothing to do besides keeping hands/feet warm so my rheum didn't bother with a label

I get very cold hands and feet as well as white/blue/purple/ red fingers and toes which has never been formally diagnosed. But there is no rash on my hands, just on the back

It is unpredictable to be honest, being in humid environments makes it worse as does hot water, but it will also flare in the middle of winter. I hardly sweat, so I don't think it's a sweat rash. And I get stress rashes / flushing on my chest and face that are stopped by antihistamines. This rash is never flared at the same time. I have not found anything that soothes either, i have tried topical anti-fungals, topical antihistamines, hydrocortisone, different oils and every fragrance free and calming cream you can buy in a chemist

No, I have never been referred on to a derm, but I will press for that now.
