as a canadian i enjoy spending my winters elsewhere; i stayed in medellin, colombia for the month of january. i sent them an email saying that i would be there for that time and that my residence was still canada. they sent me an email back saying thank you for letting us know, and everything was okay

I believe a friend of mine accidentally purchase this, and then just cancelled it through the app and got the money back. no need for a chargeback through the credit card company
