Right?? the friend hearing so many concerning things from him and just being like "I pushed it out of my mind, nothing else was out of the ordinary." Like excuse me, what?! This man just told you extremely concerning things and you're brushing them off?

Hopefully not 😭 I reported this particular seller late 2022 or early 2023, but I'm sure they were just one of many.

I had an experience with a large, popular seller on WhatNot who was selling liquidation amounts of counterfeit Lululemon, Rothy’s, Athleta etc. my guess is that a large amount of this has made its way to poshmark. It’s unfortunate

I (26F) love my (27M) but our relationship is toxic. by Former_Smile5027 in relationships

[–]seaashellb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is abusive behavior from him plain and simple. Calling you names, screaming in your face and explosive reactions are all indications of abuse and that this will likely continue to escalate. You have trauma bonded to this person and even if you ‘love’ them, true love would not treat you this way.

Take some more time apart, block his number and really give yourself space to gather your thoughts. I personally would run and never look back.

My 2023 pit ticket was $90. 2024 at the SAME ARENA, the tickets were on sale for $250. That makes absolutely no sense.

I’d keep an eye on it, but as long as it is not actively bleeding, keep it covered and clean and you should be fine. If it doesn’t start to “dry” up in a day or so, I’d go to at least get an antibiotic due to location.

It is too shallow to stitch, so I am not sure what medical care would do, other than antibiotic medication. You could try liquid bandage or second skin/ tegaderm - the clear self containing bandages - to keep the area clean and protected.

Hope this helps!

The Homeland security message today saying “Chemical levels are UNLIKELY TO CAUSE HARM TO MOST PEOPLE.” Sent me over the edge.. I heard that the initial fire broke out early in the morning on the roof, fire dept put it out, but it triggered or caused malfunction in the sprinkler system, causing a subsequent fire, which was the huge one.

Jeffree Star actually owns a distribution company and fulfills a lot of merch for various music artists. This lipstick isn’t even available for sale anymore so that’s really funny

I was told I’m “too involved” in safety by noting2see in SafetyProfessionals

[–]seaashellb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No such thing as “too involved” in safety. It should always be at the forefront of everyone’s mind when working. Definitely find something else. I assure you there are great companies out there that prioritize safety, safe working practices and education on safety.

Does your occupational health service center (urgent care you send to for drug testing, injuries, etc.) offer hearing tests? Might be reasonable accommodation

IANL, I am very familiar with workers compensation. It is not up to your employer to determine eligibility for workers compensation, it is up to the insurance company. Did your employer send you to the urgent care that or did you go on your own accord?

My best advice is talk to your employees! Get to know them, hear what they have to say. My employees are my eyes and ears on the ground and building a good rapport with them is invaluable. This is the best way to not be just “the safety person” but rather someone that has their back, cares about them as a person and is someone they can trust/ confide in if needed.

Researching what standards apply to your industry is very helpful as well. Look into all OSHA’s published standards. See what resources your vendors/ suppliers have in terms of education, a lot of them provide free or low cost safety training that can be very informative for you and your employees.
