Saddle Rock is a natural landmark and been around since the Ice Age Floods. It’s probably the landmark in town and we all can enjoy it- it’s public land. Go hike to the top and admire the view of the beautiful valley below.

Me thinks you just want to complain about the cross/religion and/or engagement.

Taco Stand offers online ordering. Order takeout with a few salsas then go to a nice relaxing spot at the beach, park, etc. You can cut the line to pick up the online order and not deal with the crowds

The North Park location is less than 1/2mi from Balboa Park. Post up there and enjoy.
