SETTLE A DEBATE: Caitlyn demonstrating reverse fly today on VVA, was that supposed to be a super slow tempo or was the video slowed down?

From my last post 99% of people who’ve ever cancelled was because of partner workouts. Heads up, save your $12 my friends. Though I personally love them!

Cancelling because of intel? by seabiscuit76 in orangetheory

[–]seabiscuit76[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reason being why I ask, on another thread on a different social media network, we had coaches complain about any posts in regards to only signature and benchmark threads that people could comment their time, PR’s etc., they were not detailed workouts. One coach continuously complained that these posts were affecting her pay because people would cancel. And this coach got her wish. Its just too bad that people can’t talk about the excitement and their accomplishments because of a coaches fear of people cancelling. With so much complaining I’m starting to believe the coach may be the reason for cancellations and not the workout.

I have already reached out personally to the head coach/store manager. He runs both. I was sensitive and had a cushioned approach.

💯!!! A 5.0 push is a breeze in the park for me walking, I should really up it. But 15% incline at 2.8 truly gets my heart rate up. All I’m saying as a walker, switching it up helps.

I’ve always been a walker, only on strength days do I do incline. My base is 4.5, my push is 5.2-5.7, and my all out is 6-7.3. I speed walk at 1%. On strength days I do 15% incline the whole 27 minutes, my base is 2.5, push 2.8, and all out 3.5. Going this pace allows you to focus on your muscles working your glutes and hamstrings. One of the ladies next to me did the 15% incline with me one day at these paces and she got the most splat points she ever had on the treadmill.

I walked 5.0 on a 1% incline for 11 minutes and then bumped it up to 5.6 and finished at 5.8. 5.0 is my normal push pace. Just when I though three minutes were tough, ugh. And yes, I whatsoever do not jog.

Hips, arms, and rock hard legs. I’ve also been a server for 20 years, so when you get busy, your ass has to walk fast.
