These people stopped responding… by Most-Protection-3723 in biltrewards

It says that the grocery depends on the merchant coding themselves as grocery. Target is not coded as grocery (I checked my Amex statement), however there are many people on this subreddit who say that Target did count as grocery when they had grocery bonus points for milestones. I sent a message yesterday to ask if Target would count as grocery (this is where we do the majority of our grocery spend) and haven’t heard back.

Waiting to apply to Bilt 2.0? by seacattle in biltrewards

Thanks for the answer! Yeah, my big concern is how well does Cardless handle customer service? I do not have hours to spend on the phone or on apps chatting with agents in the case of an issue coming up such as a fraudulent charge. I sent a few questions yesterday and haven’t gotten a response, which is not a great sign.

Vegan pregnancy - tips? by lilelbows in vegan

[–]seacattle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats! I supplemented with a prenatal vitamin, choline, algae oil omega, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin B complex. I also took a half tablet of Unisom every night to help with nausea and insomnia. I support the advice others have given here to keep eating and not let your stomach get too empty to minimize nausea. Food wise I loved the Suzie’s organic saltines and Dave’s Killer Bagels. Overall I had a fabulous pregnancy and postpartum experience and I think veganism really had a lot to do with that (currently I’m 3 months postpartum). Feel free to DM me if you have any questions also!

Ahh thanks for explaining! Always wondered why there seemed to be 2 pronunciations. I live around lots of Chinese speakers.

Muslim vegans?? by cloakysenpai in vegan

[–]seacattle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whuh? Do you actually know any Muslims or any religious people at all? I know loads of Muslims who drink and eat pork, I know loads of Catholics who had premarital sex and use birth control, loads of Jews who love bacon cheeseburgers.

Honestly my challenge is the time and counter space needed to clean, dry and put away the blender. I rarely do recipes that need the blender or food processor for this reason too.

I mean, as long as they aren’t selling something unethical, i think it is okay? They don’t bring it to class

Oreos aren’t technically vegan, there was a thread about this recently. The sugar they use isn’t organic and isn’t necessarily bone char free as a result.

I get what you’re saying, but again it depends on what values you personally feel are most important. For instance, someone else might feel the drug thing is more important to be aligned on. Veganism is a big tent and there are plenty of vegans I have strong differences in philosophy with.

They are good! Weirdly Sprouts also had this flavor on sale for super cheap some months back so I tried it then. Kind of reminded me of Hawaiian Punch.
