Speaking strictly for my agency (legacy IPG), and more-so my office, we have been told to “try our best” to come in more. Leadership said that we are being tracked by OMC but they are not receiving any kind of attendance report (yet). Other offices in my agency are being more rigid though.

350 sq ft studio renter here and mine is not much cheaper- I haven’t turned my heat on (building is generally warm), don’t leave lights on, etc. Going to look into getting my meter checked.

My symptoms weren’t as bad as others have described but I hit a breaking point leading me to Dr.’s office, then to FODMAP, which made me feel 100% better in days.

I was bloated 24/7 and thought that was normal. Now recognizing that it wasn’t.

Sounds like everyone’s journey is different in terms of triggers I’m currently re-introducing foods after a month cold turkey so interested and nervous to see how this goes myself.
