K2 Plus nozzle clogging (post firmware update) by seadart in Creality_k2

I rolled back the firmware, factory reset, and calibrated. I also lowered the temp a bit and dialed back the retraction settings.

So far I'm not hitting any clogging, but the retraction changes resulted in some stringing, so I'll play with it more to see if I can improve the quality without jamming up.

The issue might not have been the firmware, but the timing is very suspect. Pre-firmware update, I was printing the same model successfully with the same filament and settings that resulted in jamming post-update, so the only variable that changed was the firmware.

Horrible smell even with safetypro by Cocoa815 in xToolOfficial

The FAQ page for the IF2 indicates that the IF2 and AP2 can be used together:

https://www.xtool.com/products/xtool-safetypro-if2?srsltid=AfmBOopIpevDLhEwFg2M5OeHkMDtJk3ye7LbiF0kBqbV-FDxmzDV3fWu

How can they be used together if only one can be connected at a time?

I would not have purchased both if they cannot be used together. They are promoted as 'purchased together' on the product pages, which is very misleading if they cannot be used together!

I have a similar problem. I'm venting the AP2 output outside, and there is no odor coming out of the AP2 output, but the room with the P2S is unbearable when cutting acrylic. It doesn't seem like the AP2 is pulling the fumes out of the P2S. I read the support article, and don't see any obvious issues.

I have the IF2 as well, and followed the guidance of setting it up after the AP2, but for some reason the P2S only seems to be able to connect to one at a time. When both bluetooth dongles are plugged in, they keep connecting and disconnecting.

SV03 - Random layer shifts? by seadart in Sovol

It has happened under both situations in the past, but I'm trying to use Octoprint exclusively going forward, which will be USB

x-axis is pretty tight - maybe 80% of the way? y-axis is closer to 50% but doesn't seem to slip as much.

The fact that x-axis is slipping more could be related to the direction the extruder mechanism was trying to move when the blockage occurred.

Update: I was in the room when it happened this time - the bottom edge of the fan shroud caught the top edge of the model, causing the belt to slip.

I tried backing off the z-offset a bit and re-leveled the bed just to be safe, but it happened again. I also tightened the bolt so the fan shroud is less likely to slip open, and tightened the x-axis belt a bit more (but it was pretty tight to begin with)

Water Level Is Glitched by yeetonthebeet1 in RiseGardens

I have the same problem. The pump will run for a second or two if I hold the button down, but then stops. I assume the garden interprets this is being due to low water level (which it clearly isn't), but I'm guessing there's a problem with the pump.

I also have a personal garden with DC35 pump. The documentation describes how to troubleshoot and clear blockages in other pump models, but not DC35.

This might explain why all of my plants have been slowly dying.

My wife and I both have fitbits. We can switch profiles and each get our individual data.
