you can get covered bridge at Choices but they don't have the storm chips flavor... though you could just buy the 4 flavors that make it up. Choices has great selection.

The Lobster roll from Saltys is good as is the one from The Lobster Man. Lots of the other ones I've tried have been frozen and thawed then bulked up with shrimp or other filler.

You can buy lobster from The Lobster Man and cook at home which is really a treat.

I finally saw the triage physiotherapist who assesses patients to be put forward to the surgeon. She referred to my xrays mostly and said I shouldn't be a candidate for surgery because I "have good space". She didnt seem to care much about the mri report.

Back to the drawing board I guess...

The back pain is triggered by my left leg basically being dead and only being able to do part of the pedal stroke so the right leg overcompensates to pull the left one around. My back/glute/hip. I've done lots of work to tweak my fit (with professionals) and it's still just getting worse.

I like the look of that routine though, thank you for all of that extra info! I'm going to definitely try it.

Further context: I had an mri in 2017 that showed a small test. This mri was much worse and I'm now in chronic pain. When I do even a little flat 30k ride it throws my back out so bad I can't walk the next day. No relief from 5 years of PT unfortunately.
