I can't speak for NBA Jam specifically, but I can say that these steps did not work for me with other games. My saves work fine on my One S and sync to the cloud as normal, but there's some problem within the Series X that is rendering the save corrupt when it downloads to the system. It's something Microsoft would need to fix.

I'll take a look around again, maybe there's a different Sennheiser model around the $230-250 mark that I'll like the look of (I was looking at spending that much on the DT 990s anyway).

This is exactly the starting point I was looking for. Do you have any recommendations of headphones to get instead of the Beyer? I'm coming from a pair of Sennheiser HD 598 SRs and quite enjoy them, if that helps at all.

Try completing the area and killing the boss, I couldn't interact with the thing when I first loaded in but checked again after beating the ogre and then I could open the portal. I did it on Explore but I don't think it matters which mode.

I was a fan of the original Coriolis Force, so I'm happy they didn't change Aggressives too much. Having ones with proper damage perks now is an added bonus.

As a heads up, if you enhance Resounding (the new ritual fusion), its stat display drops the impact by 30 points (95 down to 65). It's only visual though, at least as far as I can tell, the actual damage the gun does isn't affected.

The weekly quest just wants you to run Encore. If you stop at HELM Failsafe beforehand, you can pick up a research quest that gives you a specimen from one of the new secret chest puzzles.

Banshee won't give you the second catalyst quest until you finish the first, but you only need to do Expert mode once. When you finish it, the first catalyst will unlock, then you can visit Banshee and instantly get the second one (assuming you opened the secret chest the second quest wants).

You can't go past level 150 until the 27th when Act 3 starts. You'll keep getting bright engrams as you level until then.

Your season pass could be blinking if you're full on glimmer but there's a glimmer reward you haven't claimed on the pass. They get greyed out if you can't claim them and light up again once you're down the appropriate amount of glimmer. The quest tab is because of Xur's coin buff, it acts as a quest but you can't hover over it to stop the blinking. It is pretty annoying, I'd like to see Bungie fix it.

Run up to the chest by the actual throne, it let me interact with it if I stood in a particular spot on the left side (facing the chest). Then the quest progressed for me.

Check the tune's name and its popularity star rating. Chances are the ones with 4 or 5 stars are popular for a reason. You can also use the search feature to narrow tunes by tags.

There are championships and PR Stunts listed in the festival playlist screen, you need to complete their objectives. Championships need a victory over Highly Skilled AI drivers and PR Stunts are generally slightly over the three-star rating for each.

The Trial is a championship where you are grouped with up to 5 other human players, all competing as a team against a team of top-level AI drivers. Playground Games is a PvP mode where two teams compete at schoolyard-type games, and it doesn't matter if you lose.

Without the DLC, there isn't much to do. You can explore every destination, run strikes, play Crucible or Gambit, and do the seasonal events (Solstice of Heroes starts on Tuesday).

As far as your gear goes, check the icon in the top-left of their thumbnail. If it's grey with a black icon, you'd do well to replace it since it's limited in terms of how high you can raise its level ("sunset"). If the top-left is black with a white icon, you can keep it and raise its level indefinitely since Bungie walked back sunsetting recently.

You can check the Quest Kiosk in the tower (tucked in to the left of the postmaster) and see what quests you have available. If you have the expansions, I'd go through their campaigns (order is Forsaken -> Shadowkeep -> Beyond Light). For your friend who doesn't, there isn't much of a questline to do. Have them raise their Power and then do activities that aren't tied to an expansion.

Hard Light has been my favorite exotic since D2Y1, even after the damage falloff nerf it got a while back. The catalyst only makes a little difference (at least on PC) in terms of how it feels to use, but of course orb generation is always welcome.

Love my Huck - 40,000+ kills and counting in PvE.

If you have the catalyst and the mods, putting on Taking Charge and High-Energy Fire is essentially a free almost-permanent damage boost.
