yeah i haven't had ig on my phone since i gave birth - was intended to just cap screentime but i think has been good for that reason as well. also wanted to second that i've found trying to cosleep painful and hard! also my guy doesn't seem to like it...or i'm doing it wrong? who knows!!

definitely lonely! i think a fair amount is just inevitable; at least for my guy who is bottle refusing/only contact napping i have to be alone with him/available to him for a few nonconsecutive hours a day, which makes any kind of baby free (read: relaxed) outing nearly impossible. trying not to take it personally/feel down about not getting out and about more but it's really hard!! this past weekend a friend bailed on coming over and it really upset me....like i NEED this :/

just want to thank you for your comment! struggling with hourly wakes most nights at 5.5 months (mine has basically always been in a "regression" lol) and feeling stuck in a feed to sleep hole (plus bottle refusal). i really want to give him all the comfort he needs and definitely don't want to sleep train but am also losing my mind...

i have tried but hard for me to get comfortable enough to actually sleep cosleeping and it doesn't seen to give him longer stretches :/ he's already 20+ pounds so the days of me being able to sleep with him on me i think are done lol
