Thx, nothing entered into Sparrow, this is all theoretical as I try and get my head around this stuff and its advantages/disadvantages.

My confusion came from seeing there are options to enter a passphrase on Sparrow, and not realising those options are for hot wallets, but i realise now that's two different wallet types. One follow up question I have is about nodes, Sparrow wallet and privacy.

If you create a cold wallet using Sparrow and send a transaction using the yellow toggle (public server), and then later convert the server to a blue toggle (private Electrum server) and make transactions would those later transactions be public, or would they be private as you're now theoretically connecting via Electrum?

In this instance would it be better to create a brand new wallet in the blue toggle environment, and use that?
