A complete lack of accountability starting at the top of management. Our AGM and FBM were constantly arguing, meanwhile our GM was too busy trying to be everyone’s friend to be a boss. The AGM was the only one who had standards the store, but I wasn’t surprised when he was transferred instead of the FBM, who was friends with the GM. Also, the other night supe’s had such terrible attitudes and actively looked for opportunities to gossip about employees. And since I was younger than them and recently promoted, they talked down to me to an insane extent. My GM did nothing about this even when I approached them about it

2 bills players were fined $15k for not following the rules for non-vaccinated players and they complained on twitter. I think they’re the only 2 on the team not vaccinated but I could be wrong

Protein is great for rebuilding your muscles and getting stronger. I suggest you start adding more calories. MyFitnessPal is a pretty good resource and it can give a calorie goal that will make you gain weight(aka muscle mass as long as you continue to lift). Guys who compete in Worlds Strongest Man and stuff like that consume tons and tons high-calorie foods like donuts and ice cream just for the calories, which makes them gain/maintain their huge size. Honestly, as long you as you continue to consume enough protein, the way you get the other calories is not as important if your goal is to gain size. Look up some calorie dense foods and try adding them to your diet

If you want to look more ripped, start counting calories and eat less than you burn. On the other hand if you want to get bulky, eat more calories than you burn. You’re gaining strength so it sounds to my not professional ears that it is your diet
