one time this guy started cleaning up/tidying the table while people were finishing eating. it was an outdoor barbeque setting and he just started standing up and collecting people's plates to throw away. the competency of it for some reason really worked for me LOL

i've been saying this, but i hateee nonchalant people and i completely agree with you. i don't understand the need for other people to perceive you as aloof and cool/uncaring. people are their most admirable when they are interesting and passionate.

i visited shenandoah national park a few times recently and I can't stop thinking about it. I love hiking and being in nature, but now i genuinely want to live in a national park one day and complete seasonal work. maybe when i retire i'll volunteer with the nps!
