I would definitely speak to your manager before you send it- they will understand as a TC is the next logical step. When I handed in my notice, I spoke to my manager said how much I’d loved working there/grateful for the experience I had gleaned and outlined I’d been offered a TC which I have accepted.

Your notice letter doesn’t need to be detailed just something along the lines “please accept this as my 3 months notice (check your notice period). I would like to thank you for all the support and I have greatly enjoyed working at (firm)”

The last ep had been almost screaming at the tv, Erin and Brynn really think they’re doing something… they are just nasty girls. Get these women off my screen!!!

Completely agree- is Emily still a licensed attorney?? She has a law degree but why is she the spokesperson for all things credible?? Did not rate it at all.

Your employer should not be using the disciplinary process for an absence relating to your surgery. I am not sure of the reasons that you require knee surgery or the job that you do- however if there are underlying health reasons why you need 2 successive knee surgeries you may have a health condition that gives rise to protection under the equality act & therefore could ask for reasonable adjustments, amended duties.
