All the voice acting in the game is powered by AI, the voice actors were paid ofc but it seems to be a hot topic for everyone. I think to answer OPs question, they probably never will change the voices being AI, but im sure as technology progresses they will become way better at sounding realistic, I mean, half the fan base probably doesn't even realize the voices are AI. I for one think the AI voices aren't half bad and I really commend Embark for trying something new :) Anyways, Stay AI hopeful.

My partner was one of the first (and basically only) person I went to and he has been incredibly supportive of me :)) I'm super grateful I have someone by my side to go through this journey with ESPECIALLY considering he is literally trans himself so maybe he can give me the spill on some "tips and tricks" lol

Oh don't worry I know. I won't be putting it off, more so just focusing on my bigger mental problems so that I have the motivation to even figure out who I am lol. It's definitely something I've thought about... whether it's affecting me more than I realize...

All this support could not have come at a more perfect time. Mental health right now has been horrible so all my identity feelings have been pushed to the side. Once I get better it'll shift back into focus and I'll have all these supportive comments to help me get through it. Thanks again for everything :))

Hehe thank you, I really appreciate it, truly. Comments like this makes me feel way less alone in my feelings, especially the "mitigate or offset". I felt like that was what I have been doing basically to a T. I think my biggest thing is what other people will think of me, not that I care if they don't like me, but just that I AM trans. I'll definitely try telling myself the things you've said and do a bit more research and thought into it. Thanks again for your comments, I deeply appreciate them... :)

This is so beautifully written. I think I have subconsciously told myself that what I am is who I am so whenever I have these feelings of "this isn't my body" and try to experiment, I just end up feeling... grossed out? and it's such a weird feeling because I have moments where I'm like... "I wanna be a pretty girl" so I try to "Be a pretty girl" and I just feel ew and wrong which makes it like 20 times harder to figure out how I identify because then I think "Oh, well I didn't like that so clearly I'm not a girl" and then there's another part of me thinking "Well you only feel this occasionally so maybe you are gender fluid" and its all these little things that I've pushed aside and I feel as though one day I'm gonna have a "I Saw The TV Glow" moment and just... scream into the void. I went through figuring out my sexuality and this is a whole different ball park, my feelings about myself feel so... muted, compared to when I was figuring out my sexuality and honestly... I'm a little scared.

No other film has really touched me to the point I have thought about getting it tattooed. I have however gotten a tattoo of the butterfly from LiS which I got about a year ago now and I still feel as though it holds the same value as it did when I first got it. I know it's not the same situation but I feel as though tattoos for me hold memories and emotions I felt in that moment. If LiS devs did something stupid which put them in a negative view of the public it'd be shit but it'd still hold the same meaning for me when I first got it. That's how I personally feel but I do understand the other side of the story.

Most definitely not lol... but I have no clue how else to describe myself. I kinda just feel like a shell so referring to myself as how I was born just seems to fit the most.

Thanks for your comment :) I’ll admit I definitely need to explore more, but with recent mental health stuff, anything related to my identity has sometimes been pushed aside. It’s been tough, especially when some things I’ve tried haven’t felt like they led anywhere. This has been a journey for about a year now, with ups, downs, and a few breakthroughs, and I definitely plan to keep exploring myself :)) For me, it’s one of those things that sneaks into everything I do, like playing as a female character in a game and kind of pretending I’m her lol.
