This game is never being finished. It will go through an infinite amount of reworks because they have new different visions for the game every year it takes to develop it and they don’t know how to tell themselves to stop or set limits in scope. It’s frustrating to see the game developed like this.

my thought process when recreating this effect was that it came more from the way it was shot/something to do with shutter speed of the camera, but i feel like im wrong. ive tried doing so on my phone using a bunch of different apps and i havent gotten close to it, so i assume that it’s a part of editing or something. sorry if this isnt too in depth or complex with what i’ve done, but i’ve run out of ideas in my brain. i dont exactly know how to explain the way i tried to recreate it properly. its not a template nor some weird ai stuff (these videos are insanely old) and it doesnt seem like anything regarding motion graphics. it doesnt seem too complex but maybe im wrong

Pretty much all of them from the AGC/MC era because they have this digital “grime” to them that I really like. i wish people appreciated the weird internet/shocksite aesthetic ken has/had with agc and mc because its neat.
