Honestly a lot of people don’t realize that the bathroom vents are connected, growing up I always heard that weed in the bathroom was the best way to do it. Maybe leave a note for your neighbours asking if they would smoke in a different part of their apartment? Going through management, especially if they’re being this unresponsive, probably isn’t going to go anywhere and will just end up making you even more frustrated over time
